You guys are amazing!!! How do you do it?
We are a small company that we have centered our business model on great custom service. We know that every customer counts whether they spend $5 or $5000.

I am in Nashville can I pickup my order?
We do not have a show room, just office space, but if you would like to pickup we can make arrangements to set a time to make sure your order is ready for pickup and someone is available to assist you.


What is your average ship time?
Shipping time varies by product but is typically 1-2 days. Each product has an "Estimated Shipping time" listed at the bottom of the page left of the "Add to cart" button.

Why is there no packing on cables?
When you receive a cable it is typically wire tied with no other labels. Almost all of our cables are made to order with many custom options so packing would have to be custom to fit each product. So we decided when we started this to not waste time and money on something you throw away. We would rather pass the savings on in a better valued product.

I found a cable and I do not see the length I need?
Because orders are made-to-order almost any customization is easy. In the case of length simply order a cable with the next available length above what you need and during checkout put a note in the comments field to build to the length you need. An adjustment fee may be charged in the amount of the difference in wire (usually only applicable when less than 5ft).

I don't see an item on your site can, you make it?
We probably can. There are many special cables out there that we have not thought of or don't have the demand to list on the site. If you need something special please just contact us and we'll let you know how we can help you.

Why are you not listed on Mogami site?
We are a Mogami dealer but because we are essentially competing with Mogami premade cable they will not list us on there site.

Is the product in stock?
There are two answers to that. If you are ordering a custom cable, the parts are 99.9% of the time in stock except where noted on the product page. For lighting and sound products, we keep some items in house and drop ship many. Most items are normally available but because of the extent of our catalog it is impossible for us to do regular stock checks on these items, but would be happy to check on specific items if you wish to contact us.


My credit card will not go through what is going on?
The most common problem with this is that the bill to address must be exactly the bill to on your card. Normally fixing this will fix the problem.

Is my credit card information secure?
Yes. We use a payment processing system that communicates directly with their very secure servers. We actually never see your credit card number and keep no record of it in anyway.

Is there a benefit of paying with PayPal or Credit card?
Essentially it is the same difference with the exception that with a credit card the charges are "Authorized" at the sale, meaning if there are any changes or adjustment to your order they often can be done in one charge, while PayPal is charged at the sale so any changes or adjustments will require a separate transaction.


When should I receive my order?
Most orders ship by USPS Priority Mail which is 1-3 day to most locations in the USA. For most custom cables expect about 1-2 day to process and ship.

I ordered express shipping but it arrived on time but shipped ground.
When you pay for express shipping we look at all options to get it to you fast. First we bump your order to the front of the line and rush its processing and construction. Then we find the best way to ship it, For example if you are one day away and you ordered "two day" shipping we will ship ground because then you will have it in one day instead of two.

I am an international customer and the shipping seems high is there other options?
The rates provided on the site are USPS ship rates, which are the most affordable international shipping rates we know. Because there is a combination of "Flat Rate" boxes and normal boxes, from time to time it can goof with the values. We will be happy to look at any order/ship quote to check its accuracy.


What is your order cutoff time?
We don't have a specific order cutoff time; we try to ship all orders as fast as possible. Generally though orders after 12:00 noon CT will normally not ship till the next day, with express orders being a possible exception.


How do I make a return?
Please contact us so we can discuss the problem and find the best options.


I am having trouble logging onto my account.
You can submit by email address for a forgotten password. When this is done it will generate a new password to use so if you have done this the old password will not work until you reset it, you must get the password from your email.
