This is our custom-built XLRM 5 pin to XLRF 3 pin microphone cable. Construction is Neutrik XLRs with Mogami 2552 cable. Neutrik connectors are some of the best connectors around, with no screws to fall out after years of abuse. Mogami wire is the best wire, used in the best studios for its ultimate sound qualities and durability. Mogami 2552 cable is very flexible, durable, light-weight cable.
This cable is normally for connection of 1 mics into a video camera by way of the 5 pin XLR. There are three options for pinouts of the 5 pin XLR, left only, right only, both/stereo split. Pinout used is 1 Gnd, 2 L+, 3 L-, 4 R+, 5 R- (not all pins used in all pinouts). If your gear differs from normal, please let us know. This is a top quality cable to replace the manufacturer provided cable.
